For our customers who might feel over-whelmed designing a home or are seeking some ideas, we offer a plan book with 38 plans ranging from approximately 700 to 2,600 square feet. We will build the homes as shown in the plan book or you can modify the homes to fit your needs. In the back of the plan book we also provide a current price list of the homes in three different stages of completion plus two upgrades.
